Can Anybody Point Me To Typical Eating Patterns After Gastric Bypass?
I have no intention of getting gastric bypass, but do want to get an idea of calories and types of food eaten.

These are the two web sites that I use, when looking for a answer to a question about Gastric Bypass which I am going to do in a few weeks..Insurance Snufu delayed my surgery.
This is the diet for gastric bypass candidates and what they can eat. After surgery you are on liquids for two weeks, then graduate to other types of liquids and then to soft foods for a month and then regular stuff after that as tolerated….It is all spelled out in both web sites.

I don’t know what types of food you can eat, but I know that you can’t eat much of anything …. you’ll just throw it up. (Visions of my aunt vomiting while holding onto a tree are going through my head.)
